CD Series Cantilever Loader

The CD Series cantilever drive system is designed to interface with all major brands of diffusion furnaces. Interfaces are available for SVG Thermco, BTU Bruce,ITS, I.C.C.I. and most other control systems. Shown here with optional Atmoscan (tm) loader head and tube.

CH Series Cantilever Heads

The CH Series Cantilever Head is designed to give the Engineer separate alignment control of the sealing door, the paddle and the heat shield door. Both atnospheric and L.P. heads are available, as well as rod or paddle models depending on the requirements. The head is designed to lift off for easy maintenance.

Motor and Control

The motor used is a brushless D.C. servo motor with the controller integral to the motor. Thanks to it's small footprint, the motor, 24vdc power supply, and I/O boards are all mounted inside this compact cabinet. All programs for maintenance and production can be easily changed by swapping out the 8K memory module. Custom programs are available. The control system will accept signals,(either high or low) from most process control systems.
